    Cool bf%

    so i took my bf today i'm at 8.6%
    but i have lil love handles on the side still what is a good exercise to loose this?

    how did you measure your bf?

    shouldn't have love handles at 8.6% bf

    the trainer at the gym did it this morning i have been having the same guy do my bf for a while already

    with one of those pincher looking measure thing that they use at the gym
    but what is a good exercise to tighten my sides up?

    Sounds like your asking for an exercise for "spot reduction". There is no such thing pawdnuh. Good luck

    diet and exercise....but if you're at 8% bf i'd say it's in your head bro....you probably have nothing there

    Very much doubt ur 8% bf if u got any sorta handles... u sure u aint 18%???

    ok so, depending on the level of experience that the "trainer" has will definately affect the results. if you pinch a little off it can throw off all the measurements. with that being said, it really is a gamble because if you went to another trainer and he did the calipers likelyhood he will get slightly different measurements. best method is to have the SAME trainer measure you and use the SAME trainer EVERY time as a MEASURING method.
