Spotter
Guys just wanna ask you.
When you train do you have a full time spotter?
I used to have one but now no more.

I love having a spotter because they can push you to do more reps than you normally would, even if they have to help you get those extra few reps

I usually just ask a friend to spot me, but I mostly workout alone

I like my intensity more when I workout alone, but it does pay off to have a spotter. I work out alone probably 3/4 time, only on heavy training days to I have a partner.

I work out alone. I like to have a work out partner but I pretty picky. I am not a socialzer when I am working out and it is hard to find someone who isn;t running thier mouth during the work out. My loss cause I do get extra reps with one.

I've found in my years that most people won't go to the gym consistently for more than a couple months, if that. So I just work out alone, and only ask a one of the few guys I'm friendy with at the gym for a spot when I'm maxing out.
I think it works better for me that way, as when you lift with friends sometimes you waste too much time talking.

Lift alone, I hate all that talking. If you need a spot Im sure you can ask, Most guys would be happy to spot you if you lifting heavy. Just gives them somthing to talk about.
You can do most excercises without a spot. Some people just like the company. Its like I used to say during a pull up session, You give a spot by puttin your hand on lower back or holding feet - You just wanna be touched that all, You needed to get touched to give extra Reps!! (LOL, I made people mad with that)
Work out alone!!

Random spotters are no good for me either. I get pissed if someone helps too much and it breaks me up a few minutes on my intensity. We all know the difference between someone who tries to just take the wieght to the rack and someone who just doesn;t let it go back down on you. Sometimes I like two assisted reps you dig?

I just use one on Chest days and occasionally Back days.
It is nice to get that extra push

Better train alone!
