    back/shoulder bone question

    hey all...my back is decent strength and size but for some reason i cant get that bone that sticks outta ur both sides of ur back to completely go away...it kinda looks like a wing idk its hard to explain but im sure you guys know what im talking about lol...was wondering what exercises i should do to thicken that area i guess so the bone doesnt stick out at all..thanks

    haha..... I have no clue what bone you are talking about, is it the scapula? If it is then you can do some scaption exercises and workout using wider grips like wg pullups and wg rows

    I think you mean your shoulder blades. I like to do wide grip pull ups. Its a great back warmup and build your back muscles.

    bent over barbell rows, pull ups, and shrugs.
