    chest work out

    hey could you help, how do i get a lift on my chest like at the bottom i have nothing much there. any ideas??

    There is no way to hit the lower, upper, side, corner, mid , up up down down left right left right B A B A select select start start.....

    Sorry you get the point. The chest muscle is ONE muscle , there are muscle that hit the muscle differently but you can isolate a section of the muscle.

    I keep hearing people say that flys work on width, and press works on thickness. Is this not correct?
