What do yall think is the best training program after not working out for one year.
I used to work out a lot. Did cycles in the past and was very dedicated to body building.
I got injured at work and broke my hip! If anyone has injured your hip, then you know that your hip affects your whole body.
I am 100% recovered now, without question.
Any advice? I am thinking of doing the slingshot program or HST, but i don't think i would be able to work out my entire body to failure in one work out, so maybe not HST.
I want to get back to where i was as fast as possible.
Any advice is great.
