change your routine from time to time

1 swap barbell press for some dumbell press,
2 do side rasies first then do your press
3 add some dumbell or cable front rasies
    4 Low-Pulley Side Lateral
5 Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise

Shoulders have always been my weakest area in regards to strength.

Is side raises before any sort of press motion really effective? Because iL try that if thats the case.

definitely dont forget the upright rows! if your primarily trying to target your delts, use a wider grip
