    Bis/Tri workout

Can you work your arms twice a week? I don't mean one day do Bi and the next do tris. I am having a hard time getting any size to my Tris, hell for that matter my BIs. I feel tho i might not be actually working them enough. thought possibly adding another day?
    Any Suggestions.?

Working them more is not going to help. What are your movements/reps/weight your using ?

How long you been doing this routine ? Maybe try lowering your rep range to 6-8 reps with more weight.

    You ever do (for tri)
    dip
close grip bench (BB or smith)
    Rev grip straight bar pulldowns

as a change up, you could try it twice a week. younger you are the easier something like that could work. The thing to think about is how hard you work your arms already working out the rest of your body. You work your arms out to much it will effect the rest of your lifts on other body parts.

have one day designated for arms, and when you do chest/back you will use those muscle groups as secondary muscles. there would be no need to train arms twice a week. your either overtraning, body has adatped to exercise/rep ranges, or your diet is not up to par

I am sure Diet is a big part of it.. I am in the attempt to get on the right track with it.. and trying to figure out how to fit in a proper diet with my schedule and family.

I will probably change my routine a bit.. I noticed changes like this in my bench when I would switch up..
I have done Dips, straight bar pulldowns/but not reverse..i will try that this week I also have doen close grip bench also..

Thanks guys for your help.. i am such a dire need for a good diet plan.. and the will power to keep it.
