    Could you shed some body fat while bulking?

    not ideally, im cutting body fat and gaining muscle if taht helps

    yeah, it's called tren....... lol
    actually, it can be done but it's not easy and it takes patience and time.

    Highly debated.

    Its thought that to put on muscle you need a calorie surplus while to loose fat you need a calorie deficiency.

    I did when I first started lifting, lost about 45 pounds and gained muscle at the same time, but that was when my body wasn't used to any type of strenuous activity so I'm sure I can't do the same over again
