Hi all, I've got this dilema right now. My soccer (football) season is starting and my cardio is lacking offf WAYY OFF. I'd honestly say that my priority is to keep my body tight, but my season is also very important for me since all my friends are in my team and it's a great summer activity.
I would like to increase my cardio, without loosing mass.
Can this be something possibly done ?
I plan on having a much more regular diet and eat more than usual to keep my gains.. but I still have this fear that doing too much cardio will destroy my mass or restrain me from gaining some.... Any advice would be strongly appreciated.
