im thinking of starting this routine and i was wondering if it is to much. I am 18 have been training for 4 years and i am 5'8" 205 if that makes a differance. its 4 on one off 2 a day. not sure of exercises yet just have a bodypart outline.
day 1 a)back
b)hamstrings and calfs
day 2 a)chest
b) traps and rear delts(mine are almost non-existant)
day 3 a) quads
b) bis
day 4 a)shoulders
day 5 off

i will keep workouts under an hour and do abs one day cardio next
im trying to get bigger so cardio is light only 30m of 3mph walking
i would apreciate any and all feedback
