alot of people have different theories on what over training is but i think everyone can agree that you need to rest each muscle for atleast 3 days and you should only be maxing out atleast once a week.

If you dont know what over training is you probably dont know how to train properly which means You shouldnt be taking sust 250... plus your only 20..
but good luck! i hope this helped

well over training varies from person to person.
some people recover a lot quicker some takes little longer.
Also it depends if your natural or taking anything.

There is many thing that come into play when you talk about over training like how many times a week you do each body part
how many sets you do on each body part and reps.

so you can start with a good base with something like 10 to 12 sets of like 8-12 reps on each body part and see how that feels.

Train each body part once a week and see how you are feeling if you are recovering quicker enough or need more time..

Also if you train to your maximum day in and day out, im pretty sure most of the time you would like to train each body part once.

once again it does differ from one person to another.

Overtraining is simply not allowing enough time or supplying enough rest and/or nutrients for proper recovery. It will differ vastly between individuals.

correct, it does vary but here are some guidlines you should follow for signs

    FACTORS THAT LEAD TO OVERTRAINING

-TOO MANY SETS PER BODY PART
-TOO LITTLE REST BETWEEN HEAVY WORK OUTS
    -TO FEW TOTAL CALORIES
    -TO LITTLE PROTEIN
    -FREQUENTLY TRAINING BEYOND FAILURE

    SIGNS OF OVERTRAINING-
    -NO LONGER MAKING PROGRESS
    -NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARD EXERCISE
-RESTING MORNING HR IS 5-10 BPM TOO HIGH
    -INCREASE IN BODY TEMP
    -POSITIVE KETO-STIX READING
    -INSOMIA
-CHRONIC OVERUSE INJURY USUALLY IN THE JOINTS

If you feel like you got hit by a truck the day after your workouts, you're over training or your diet is probably messed up.

The big thing is, alot of people that I see "over train" don't have good intensity or any kind of form, so i'm not sure if you can even call it that.

If your form is good, and you end on true failure, then as wide rule don't do over 12-15 sets for back, chest, legs and shoulders. For bis, tris, calves you don't want to do more then 6-9

Also to many days in a row, like working out solid for 5 days consecutive is something I think only a small percentage of people should be doing.

The average guy should have 1 day of rest after 2 days of exercise if not 1 day on, 1 day off. If you shoot test though, then i'm pretty sure you can work out every hour lol.

well what he means by the first bold point is where you do a set and you dont recover longer enough.
for example where you go do a set of squats which is heavey of like 10 reps or so and your completly warned out.
you rack it then you dont rest for enough and you go again on your next set.

    minimal rest meaning.

second point there is a point where your training to failure and there is where training dangerously every single day.
    day in and day out.
failure is where your struggling your last two reps out.
where you see some people train beyond that, you can tell they are about to snap something or almost suicidal where they need about 2 spotters to do the work.

frequently training beyond failure= bad. many reasons.. here is a little example

heres a lick touching on your 2nd highlighted point jbm

Anyone else only about to failure once?

also the first thing is too little rest liek working out back to back days ddoin abs everyday, etc. CNS recover is very important and essential
