What should I be doing the lower my bf% the quickest?

just shy of 6' flat, fluctuate between 175-180lbs. on an estimated guess i'd say bf% is somewhere in the 15-16 range. my goal is in the single digits, but I'll be happy with 10-11 for now.

diet is in order. overall active throughout the day. often ride a bike on nice days as mode of transportation.

i weight train 4-5 days a week. at the moment, i do 30 minutes of cardio my workout [15min + 5 min fast walk + 15min]. i run at a moderate pace around 5-6mph on the treadmill.

is there something better i could be doing to lower my bf% faster?

Have your diet critiqued in the diet section. If ur bf is that high it's not as in check as you think it is. I would add more cardio as well maybe some am cardio on an empty stomach
