Energy??
Lately when going trainging i am lacking in energy and feeling a lot more hungry during and after i cannot seem to find the problem with in me to resolve this situation was wondering if there where any supplements that may help with increase of energy thanks alot joee

there are a bunch. i take it you are not taking any at this time. you need to consume 1.5 -2 grams of protein per pound you weigh. ex. 200pds = 300-400 grams of protein a day. may be why your so hungry cause your body needs more. any whey protein is good. energy is superpump 250 or white flood. both found at bodybuilding.com good diet too of course

I would also post your current diet in the diet forum. it is possible you need some tweaking such as more carbs early in the day. I have found that playing with my diet and getting more sleep has increased my energy levels. Also if you have been training hard for a long period try taking 3-5 days off in a row and give your body a break.
