    How do I....?

I want to add bulk to the part of my arm inbetween the lower part of my bicep (when flexed) and the beginning of the forearm. Are there any lifts that hit that spot or is there even a muscle there? It looks normal when my arms straigh but when I flex the bicep peaks and it looks wierd to me. A picture would really help but I'm on my phone so there's no way for me to post one.

Only way to do that is by picking different parents. You cannot change the insertion points of your muscles. Once a short bicep, always a short bicep.

Only thing I can think of that u might give a go is try to increase the range of your curls.. perhaps let the weight fall a bit lower before curling it back up... Range of motion very important in developing well-rounded, full muscles.
