    lat workout is it enough?

    i do 4 sets of 1 arm dumbell rows for my lats is that enough? if not what can i add without doing pull ups ect due to bad shoulder.

    narrow grip seated cable rows could be one. Also check out the hammer strength machines. They may help you.

    If your shoulder permits you to. I would add 4 sets of Wide grip Lat Pull down superset with Narrow grip Lat pull down. Also close grip vertical rows

    oh forgot to say it needs to be free weights only as my gym is down for 9 weeks due to fire.... so how many sets in total do you guys do just for the lats?
