see my chest workout... any input?
this is my chest workout when iam on jucie. reason for all the flys is all my inner chest is laging. outer chest is pumped out very nice.
3 sets of flat bp
2 sets of flat flys.
3 sets of incline db
2 sets of incline flys
3 sets of decline bp
2 sets of decline flys

that is alot of pec flys.. id probably substitute that last set of flys with a set of pull overs possibly.

The funny is you think your hitting the outer , inner, lower and upper part of one muscle.
I also have a bridge for sale if you are interested.
