Help with routine?
Hey everyone :]
i am on test cycle, 500mg/week ..
i messed up with alot stuff but anyway am trying to fix it..
so well .. i want a routine which will help me build mass (including the exercises,sets & reps) .. 6 day split and what i really want to improve the best is back(want wider back), lats and arms maybe ..
would be really gratefull if anyone help out or give me a link to a thread with an example or anything.
my diet is in check :]

bro im not trying to sound like a dvck, but if your doin uice i would think you have been lifting for a long time? Your questions say diffrent. your body should be pretty close to its full petential before doing juice. so if your looking for quick fix its not gonna happen. learn how to eat and train first before jumping on cycle. Stay natty for A while.

lol, i train for 3 years? i am 24 year old, i didnt say i want a quick fix when i said i want Mass ? i just said i want a routine that will help me gain mass, i am on cycle already and i posted threads in the other section with my stats and other memebers helped me out with tips and so.
i dont like my routine, i want a new one , thats all
