I have the same thing, and funny thing is the smaller side can go a few more reps for DB curls then the bigger side
yep my stong one is the smaller one
I always figured it had something to do with me being right handed and using my right arm a lot more often then my left, maybe overworking the muscles in that arm to an extent so they can't get as big, but my body still recognizes that I use it all the time and it needs to have strength to keep up with it so it is stronger but doesn't have as much mass
I will never understand this. I train with good technique and I sometimes do single arm curls on a rest. Im left handed. Punch harder with my left. Throw balls further with my left. My left bicep is more ripped, but my right is bigger and stronger when curling dumbbells. :S
I've always wondered is it a good idea to more reps on the weaker/smaller arm?
i have the same problem and i box some my ripped harm is the left and the less defined is my strong one i think its just a matter of fat hidding the muscle not sure
90% or more of the people on this site are not symetrical. My left arm is smaller but the strength is equal. A lot of people say to just work them both the same and they will even out eventually. I've seen a few training articles where people have recommended one or two extra reps with the weaker arm at the end of your last set of a particular excercise. With this you have to be careful not to overtrain tho.
my left balls is bigger than my right! any help?
lolol.... j/k
Genetics, a lot of people have one side bigger than the other. Most people have one more defined PEC than the other. Luck of the draw.
I have the same prob left bigger than right. It might be from whacking off
try beating it with your other hand....
I saw a guy doing a bicep pose and one bi was alot bigger than the other it probaly has to do with the rest.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsXMs...eature=related this is for real watch this...i really beleave this is a very logical arguement
i swear my its from beating my meat. i can see my right shoulder better than my left. i really need to switch hit.
