    Interesting!

    This is an interesting vid, this guy trains bi's and tri's for 16 mins with hardly any break, but watch how he starts swinging the weights!

    this guy? wow.. Milos is one of the top dogs of his time. Don't agree with his workout methods but it works for him.

    Laugh, I must say this is the worst method I have ever seen him use. I have been watching several shows he created and this is the first that I am almost appalled with what he is doing. The fit show has his movies and some of them will blow your mind if you apply them to the gym.

    What's so bad about giant sets?

    I've seen a number of people recommend doing them.
