I'm new ive read thru the threads and i did not find a answer to my question, forgive me if i might have miss it or if i am asking a dumb ques. will i only see the benefits of a beginners bulking cycle if i only hit the free weights or can i get similar results w\ calisthenics, my goal is to be stronger recovering "from acident" also gain lean mass "specifically lower body & core" i guess i would be on a cycle of about 14 weeks or so of test cyp. have not purchased the gear yet. also want to get some serious answers about cycles,gear,workout programs. thank you to all who read and respond AL
