i was just wondering what other people did for tricep work out
At the moment im doing
mon chest/tri
tues cardio
wed back
thurs cardio
fri shoulders/bis/a little extra tris
sat cardio
sun legs. i do these on my off day of my diet because i need comfort food after training legs
i do tris twice a week because i figure that if the arm is made up buy 2/3 of the arm then bigger tris= bigger looking arms.
so i just wanted to know what exercises can i do to hit all 3 heads of the tris
i do
mon
dips 3x10
cable push downs with sright bar 3x10
cable push downs with rope 3x10
skull crushers 3x10
fri
cable push downs with rope 3x10
cable push downs 2x10
another exrcise dont know what its called i use the rope and pull it above my the back of my head 3x8
can anyonw advise me on what to do ?
