Hi, so I have been weight lifting now for going on 3 years . For the last year or so I have been finding it hard to gain anymore size. I tired everything but recently I started doing 5 on 2 off for 3 weeks then the 4th week doing 2 on 5 off. I have noticed a huge different in energy and size increase. Could I have been over training? or is this just a good way to confuse my muslces? Just wondering if anyone has heard of doing this, and what someone might think of how long trying this for? Thanx guys!
P.S weight is staying the same, and same diet.
