    Lightbulb Best cardio exercise .

What is the most effective cardio exercise for fat loss ???

Personnaly ive tried stationary bike , treadmill and elleptical and i have found that the elleptical is by far the best exercise . Now i know that there are plenty of cardio exercises and machines that i havent tried yet like the stepper etc..... but i might be getting soon a cardio machine other than the stationary bike that i have now , so what do you guys reccomend ???

i want to know what is the most effective cardio exercise for fat loss that you have tried or have heard of plus it would be a good idea sharing your knowledge and experience also .

    Thanks

worry about your HR and goals, rather than equipment

because it gets some of the water swelling out.. so u lean up more, and it cuts bulk... but u dont lose muscle... think of it as a natural winny, that just compacts ur muscles more...

and its way easy on ur joints... well other than r shoulders... but most people have lower body problems before shoulder problems...

Like others stated, getting your heart rate to whatever you want, for the duration you want, is key.

I prefer the treadmill, stair master, jumping rope, and sprints depending on what my goals are.

what? this does not make sense, it all depends on your HR and when you train and your diet.

personally, I do 30 min on the treadmill @ 12 degree incline at 3.0 mph for 30 min, 5 days/week keeping my hr right around 120bpm for the entire time. Ive been doing this since Jan. and it is what works best for me....just keep your diet in check and be patient. The fat will soon start to drop off...

I personally like the eliptical. I find swimming to be boring and at least out on the floor I can watch ESPN.
