one and a quarters
been including one and a quarter exercises into my workout recently.
Anyone else done or tried these?
basically its when your say doing tricep pull downs on the cables... and you do a full rep then realise a quarter of the way and do another rep.... and back out fully
any advantages from this?
been advised not to do them too much as it can damage muscles?

Tendinitis... Be careful, I used to do 21's which is about the same concept. It took me two months to get over the tendinitis it gave me.
