Im 200 pounds need help .. STUCK ON THAT WEIGHT NEED TO KNOW HOW BREAK THAT 200P
Hey guys I see that you guys are pretty knowledgeable , I am 21 years old , 5,11 ft 200 pounds bf/ 9% , Max bench 365 pounds , curling 60 pounds , leg press 700 pounds I know I know is not a lot but im working on it .
I had been working out for over 3 years now , I had done Test enanthate / deca cycles before , I had been stuck for over 2 months on the same weight I try to eat a lot I eat about 3000 calories a day and about 45 grams of protein in each meal 6 x day , would you guys please give me any pointers or direct me the right way thank you .

DIET !!!
get to the diet section and look around, then talk to PHATE or jamyjamjr
they will get you over 200
but 21 is a bit young to have cycled already

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

Will do , I know I was very young and stupid I did proper PCT and never had any side effects runed clomid and did testosterone busters 2 weeks after .
I will look through those links that you had provided me THANK YOU !!!
