Hey guys I see that you guys are pretty knowledgeable , I am 21 years old , 5,11 ft 200 pounds bf/ 9% , Max bench 365 pounds , curling 60 pounds , leg press 700 pounds I know I know is not a lot but im working on it .
I had been working out for over 3 years now , I had done Test enanthate / deca cycles before , I had been stuck for over 2 months on the same weight I try to eat a lot I eat about 3000 calories a day and about 45 grams of protein in each meal 6 x day , would you guys please give me any pointers or direct me the right way thank you.
