trying to save time during cardio...

I do my cardio post workout for 30 min on the treadmill keeping my hr right around 120 bpm ( where is should be for fat loss ). Am I better off walking home from work which takes me about 35-45 min as long as my hr stays the same? And yes, I have a hr monitor.

So Im trying to kill 2 birds w/1 stone: get my cardio done and get home earlier....

If you walk on a treadmill for x amount of time it will be the same if you have the same hr going home.
