obliques and part of your lower abs
how can i work them so they get bigger??

look it up dont really know how to eplain it.... get rid of the fat and they will come out even more.. but to build them up ..... leg raises and dam cant explain lol basically when u do abs.. twist.. along that..
mine came in real nice after a couple months of heavy bag work utilizing mid to high range kicks.
Im sure you could achieve the same results with hanging leg raises to the sides.
do sit ups on roman chair, come up twist to the left on contraction go back down then back up twist to the right. and so on.
