    Rear delts

I injured my rotator cuff a while back and it kept me from training shoulders for almost a year. Now that I've been regularly training shoulders again everything has caught up except for my rear delts. What lifts would be best to target the rear delts?

    Shoulders:
Shoulder press: 3 working sets of 10-8-6
    Shrugs: 3 working sets 10
    Front raises: 3 sets 10-8-8
Rear delt raises: 3 sets 10-8-8
    Lat raises: 3 sets 10-8-8

try burning them out after all that with some kind of cable movement like reverse flys.i can get a great mind-muscle conection with the rear delts using this exercise.also u could bump the rear delt raises to like second in your workout so you may be able to go heavyer.also i prefer doing any trap exercises till after all my other delt moves cus the traps get quite a bit of stimulation during most of the other exersices i feel i get a great streach in the delts and finnishes off the traps holding them big dumbells and shrugging. just my 2 cents bro im certanly not an expert. good luck........

I like doing rear delts on back and shoulder day... That is pending you have them spaced a day apart so you can do that. That's just me though.

Yeah throw in the rear delts after you do your presses so they will be less fatique, which in turn will lead to more weight. I like the idea of "burning them out" at the end of the workout too!

i find to hit the rear delts the best is when you are seated alongside a flat bench completely hunched over, dumbells in hands slight elbow bend, reverse flies that way.

You have to be sure you are leading with your pinkie finger and not the back of your hand for them to be as effective as possible.
