    Female Workout

A friend of a friend came to me for help. lol, now Im here.
She wants me to create a routine for her, but Im not even really sure where to start. She isn't into bodybuilding or anything. Wants to focus or her legs/abs, and just tone & tighten up.

What split would be ideal? Exercises? etc?

    Any help appreciated

Twice a week with weights. Have her focus on weighted lunges, squats, leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts and standard crunches for those areas!

id recommend to her a circuit assuming she is new to weights, high reps 20 at 90% intensity with perfect form, breathing, etc. reason is to introduce reistance training tot he muscles and deplete a shitload of muscle glycogen while working the entire body in this circuit fashion-push, pull, squat, abs (all compound movements, start with basic basic stuff. 4-5 sets 2-3x per week followed by cardio
