my ches routine is on a monday, with abs,
incline barbell press 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time
incline dumbell flys 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time
flat bench dumbell press 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time
flat bench dumbell flys 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time
decline barbell press 4 sets 15,12,12,12 increasing weight each time if i can
i switch barbells to dumbells every 3 weeks and change the dumbells to barbells every 3 weeks as well.
