    Chest problems

    Hi guys, i was wondering if yo guys could give me advice on my chest workout, cause my lower-mid chest seems to be the only thing getting pumped and bigger, could my upper chest not be growing cause im to low on the bench and thus working the mid chest?

    my ches routine is on a monday, with abs,
    incline barbell press 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time
    incline dumbell flys 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time

    flat bench dumbell press 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time
    flat bench dumbell flys 4 sets 15,12,10,8 increasing weight each time

    decline barbell press 4 sets 15,12,12,12 increasing weight each time if i can

    i switch barbells to dumbells every 3 weeks and change the dumbells to barbells every 3 weeks as well.

    over training! bring your total sets to only 12...

    Lower the reps and raise the weight aswell. Try doing sets of either 8-8-6 or 10-8-6 and go as heavy as you can while keeping proper form.

    Flat barbell bench, 3 sets
    Incline barbell bench, 3 sets
    Dips, 3 sets
    Incline Flies Super-set with push-ups, 3 sets

    Keep reps 6-10

    ok so should i not to any dumbell presses through the week or, should i do barbell for a few weeks then just switch to dumbell so my chest doesnt get used to a certain regiment?

    P;s thanks alot for the advice i'll deffinately try your advice out.

    I agree with bigsexy, except i'd throw dumbell inclines instead of barbell.

    Yeah, def switch up the barbell movements with dumbbells. I guess I forgot to add that.
    You can switch every week, or every couple weeks.

    Do what these guys said and drop your sets to like 8-10, 12 MAYBE..
