I'm an mma fighter whos on break for a bit, maybe 2 month, i got an mri for my back tomorow and im gonna get that fixed, i've always done strength training programs with squat deads and benching, since i cant do squats and deads heavy because if not i feel my lower back hurt, is it possible to gain mass withought squatting and deadlifting ? obviously if i cant do these movements for awhile i will lose some leg strength but it'll come back, really i can't do any leg movements or back extension movements
