    Question cardio ?help high or low how long how much ?

    hi guys i was at my doctor today

    im around 22-25% BF and i have gone up to 268lbs

    i need to drop 15% BF before i will even concider my first cycle

    so cardio how many days a week ?

    for how long ??

    low or high intensity ??

    pre or post workout ?? or cardio totally by its self AM or PM ??

    I do cardio 1st thing in the morning low intensity 30 to 40 mins on an empty stomach...

    ^^^ how many times a week do you do this jbm? are you cutting or bulking atm?

    I'm bulking so I only do it twice a week every saturday and sunday...

    I do cardio for 40 mins of low intensity pre breakfast 7 days a week and do 20 mins of low intensity after my lifting 5 days a week also....... (i am cutting)..........i have seen AMAZING gains and noticed quicker results.......

    yes, but i am also on a cycle right now (Anavar).........so I do not worry about me becoming catabolic as much, I think once off my cycle I am going to pick up some BCAA's just to play it safe


    I have seen GREAT results from the early morning cardio

    I now consistently lose .5 lbs a day and its noticably fat since the inches have come down since i take measurements with my trainer every 3-4 weeks........

    I have gone from 262lbs and today I was 243lbs this morning (in around 5-6 weeks), but my strength and muscle has sky rocketed and I am only on my 3rd week of the anavar so my real gains would start to show for another 2 weeks (set up a 7 week cycle)............

    thats great you shouldve kept a log with pics going sounds like its working out..

    I took a shot of myself after 2 weeks in. I was thinking about taking another shot this week sometime. The good thing is that my trainer who does body building shows keeps me motivated and sets up my workouts so that I do not hit plateus and I see new gains I want to say almost daily besides just on the scale but the definition in my body. So I am definitely on my way, I am hoping at the end of this cycle I will be right around 230-225 and lean and muscular. I am thinking in two weeks the number will start to stop droping and the lean mass will be put on because I would say in week 5 is when I started seeing great gains with the Anavar last time.

    Question run run nnnnnn

    i started 30 min low intensity this am pre breakfast
    slow jog barley breathing hard good sweat

    what should i eat after cardio

    i went for a shake oatmeal YUCKKK and a banana within 5 min after my run

    my issue is i have to run around 8 am but i train around 1030 am

    is this enough rest

    or should i just do 20-30 post workout im trying to bulk while keeping body fat low so i can start a T/enth cycle asap 500-600 mg week

    but i want to be below 15% BF before i pin


    by the way oatmeal is so SH??????????t yuc f'kkkkkkkk

    I usually drink a gatorade directly after my cardio since I don't have much time before work. But there are plenty of things that are better like a Whey Shake.

    Also with the Oatmeal, since I do not like to eat it either I just incorporate it into my shake un cooked. You can barely taste it and I know people will say you don't get the full nutrients without cooking it but it definitely serves it purpose as good carbs regardless.......

    i guess you can cook it let it cool and shack it kind if like drywall paste with protein

    crap is f'kin yuckkkkk

    what about time between training and cardio ???
