what can i do
i just lost 90 pounds of fat after witch i got in to wightlifting. does anyone know anything 'out side of a tummy tuck' tp take care of this extra skin around my mid section?

thank you.. it is a bit disconserting to loose alot of weight to find out you have flabby gut and scrawny arms. lol

There was a thread somewhere about this before, u might want to try doing a search, from what i remember about it, not even surgery can tighten up the skin enough to get a 6 pack ever.

You could possibly develop a 2-4 pack, but i think a sixer is out of the question of course it depends on how loose your skin really is. Most fat peoples skin on their stomach stretches more at the bottom then at the top, so you might be able to develope the top anyway.
There is a bright side. You can get a Coleman gut and then that sixer might stand out, but seriously if you want defined abs which you might not get, focus on building muscle in the abs/obli this will help somewhat.

First off....congrats!!!! To loose 90 lbs, I'm sure none of it was easy. As for the loose skin, in my case some of it did firm up but not much. As for ways to help out without surgery I'm not sure. Like the others had mentioned there was another thread about this that had some good info!
