Training
its been a month 1 week ill train my back the next week ill train my chest is it a wrong way to do it or should i train each muscle once in a week?

I moved this to the workout section, take some time to read the educational threads to get an idea of what works best and why.

Each muscle should be trained every 5-8 days. I prefer 7 myself.

yes once even 5-7 days. You could work each large muscle group twice a week but cut volume.

once a week. and every 12 or so weeks i'll do 2 times a week but only for a few weeks just to change things up.
