    Routine with no leg day

    i saw someone post a really good routine with out legs some where on this site, i want to use that routine and add legs in as a morning work out once a week. hopefully the person who posted it could chime in. if you have ideas feel free to post your idea

    To me there is no such thing as a "really good" routine without legs. I don't know where that routine is but good luck!

    The only way to get Big is to build your legs, that is your base..........

    Have you ever seen a house without a foundation (only thing that comes to mind is a shitty one and those are usually in trailer parks) more or less the big/huge homes have HUGE foundations (legs)..........

    I think you guys got it wrong.

    I think he just saw the routine and liked the split and everything, and he will add a Leg workout on his own?

    EXACTLY haha im not an idiot ... i saw someone post a really good routine (besides the fact that there arnt any leg days) but i was think just to add the leg days in the morning and follow the routine in the PM
