    Tips on strengthening your tendons?

    I have read that many types of gear can weaken your tendons. I don’t wont to injure any body part especially my tendons. I know that lifting will strengthen your tendons.
    But what type of lifting is better light weight more reps, heavy weight less reps?
    Also is there any over the counter supplements you can take to aid in this?

    whenever certain joints are hurting me I pull back the weight and increase the reps. When my shoulder hurts i half the weight and double the reps for 2 weeks. I recover fine. Also, I stop all barbell movements and do dumbbells. I find them less pressure on the joints.
