whats your current workout now?
my main excersize for tri's has always been incline skull crushers. but i do rope extensions, close grip bench, reverse grip bench, 1 arm overhead rope extensions(going parallel with the ground), sometimes i do dumbell kickbacks. those are pretty much the 6 excersizes that i do, but on tricep day i pick 3-4 for a work out.
i always get sore by warming up with vbar pulldowns, maybe 60x12 70x10 80x8 for a warm up, skull crushers are good.
