i tried it for 3 months, and it was decent for me, a good bro of mine who competes does it about once a year and he is jacked up bigtime.. he swears by it.. so take from that what u will.. try it and evaluate from the end of your test period

I think its a great change of pace. If you hit a plateau or you need something to help stimulate growth, GVT could be very useful for a few weeks.

I've used it before for legs and it does work great.

I'll be using it for chest after my partial pec tear completely heals.

German Volume training kicks ass. Every time I do it I pack on new muscle. I havent done it in over a year and a half now, but I think I'm going to hit it up again as soon as my fall shows are done with

I think Traps on a back day would be good, also this type of training suits the trap as higher reps seems to stimulate trap growth.

    What are you talking about?

Be sure to read the entire protocol, you never do 20 sets of anything you do 10.
You are to choose from the exercises listed, you just glanced at it and added everything up.

Slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow down.......just like the diet forum. Slow down, read, and understand.

GVT is something anyone interested in strength training should be familar with. The best interpretation I have seen is from coach Charles Poliquin. GVT is an old theory that you should deffinitly try... remember to watch your rest intervals and begin using the right load...
