Rear Deltoid
How do I isolate the rear deltoid? Any paticular lift I can do to give the rear delt a good burn?

I like doing reverse butterflies on the machine.

About the only way I know how to isolate them is rev pec dec as bigsexy mentioned, or bent over flyes. Deadlifts and rowing movements give them a good workout.
