just wondering if people feel fast or slow reps are best for putting on size? or is it best to mix it up? ive always thought it best to rep slow but what do others think?

I pause on lighter weight and touch and go with heavy weight. As long as form is good it doesn't matter. Squeeeeeze at the top.

I have been watchin a few of the pros workout videos and have been going with a fast pace rep like they all do and I noticed a lot better pump too! Also I cut my time in between sets on almost every exercise except squats and deadlifts

The key is to utilize the full range of motion while keeping control of form. I've also watched the pros and have noticed their pace is faster, but their form is perfect.
