How do you know if you bulked up enough

i'm in a bulkin phase at this point
and wondering how do i know when its the right time to cut off the fat
how long should i stay in the phase??

It's all up to what you want to look like, or what you NEED to look like for whatever reason (eg. acting, competing, etc). Really hard for anyone else but yourself to answer, unless you care about others opinions more than your own (again, in reference to acting, competing, etc.)

Basically just gotta eyeball it, but before u cut down u gotta ask yourself if u are really satisfied with every body part. I plan on competing this summer but i don't want to cut down till i add a couple more inches on my chest, so guess what i haven't started cutting yet:)
