same workout schedule for a long time

I've been on a 5 day split like mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri weekends off for a long ass time. im about to cycle should i change the days up? im afraid that i could potentially plateau a bit and would hinder gains.

I dont see any reason to change your workout schedule. If its set up correctly doing legs on sunday instead of saturday is not going to add any more muscle.

I alway do 3 days on/ 1 day off .... then 2 days on / 1 day off! always keeps my schedule changing and always gives me adiffent day of the week off! I like this and have always stuck with it! and if I feel really goo, I can always work out 3 days on for both sections
