    Outer quads

Any tested ideas on getting the outer quads to sweep more. And do the length of your legs play apart in leg developement. Thanks

You are the guy that's 5'6 right?? JK. The best thing you can do for more sweep is more size. Squatting is tough for some tall guys but if you can do it start there. Heavy presses and hacks are not bad choices either.

Feet closer together during squats will focus more on the outer quad.

Yes, and it works with leg presses as well. I use the hammer strength squat machine for close grip squats. Use a wide stance for the inner thighs!

RESEARCH!!! Get in the gym, and figure out what works for you. It is different for everyone. Some guys on here do 12-16 sets for quads alone, and I do 12-16 for quads and hams together.
