After wide grip chins
1st, to put all my energy into them

somtimes first. other times after wide grip pull ups.

Here is what I do 4 stes pull ups to warm up
Lat Pull Downs
Bent Over Rows
Deadlifts
I pre exhaust the lower back 1st because I have 3 herniated discs and can only go up to like 365# before it starts to really hurt! So by doing it this way I do not have to go as heavy
I Superset deadlifts with Squats. That will be my 2nd last exercise...
i do my pull ups first. wide and close grip. then i will do deads.

Always 1st but sometimes ill do pullups as a warmup.
Deads all first for me as there my main lift, did them today and im loving it...

You should always do your heaviest lift first... Biggest muscle, heaviest lift then down the chain through compounds then if you've got time isolation/small muscles

I do them Last. I like to make sure im fully warmed up so no injuries, Also I go all out on deadlifts If I done them first it would be the only thing I done that session.
Allways first.
Deads takes alot of energy so really dont wanna do em after several sets with chins etc.
