For all you guys who bench squat and dead 400+

I would like to see your whole squat, bench routine etc. Basically looking to see how you warm up and how many working sets you do.

Something I have noticed and I am only 30 but age is slowing me a down a little bit. But the other thing is that when I was working out with 225 and even 315 I could do 3 sets with 225 or 315 as work sets. It seems as the heavier you go, one maybe 2 really intense sets and Im smoked.

Typical bench would be 405 and then 455 for work sets and then move on. Sometimes I wonder if its not enough for flat but seems my body cant handle anymore after that.

So looking for some input here guys. Thanks.

I guess looking at total lbs pressed for workout as you get into higher weights you are really taxing the body.

I work out bodybuilder style not powerlifterstyle I always do at least 3 working sets! I have founfd in my experience that negative reps work the best for me when I am trying to increase my strength! I try and always do them If I have a spotter!
    Legs are simple
Squats 1 warm up 4-5 working
    Leg Press 4 working
    Hack Squat 3 working\
    leg extensions 3 working

    Thats it for quads

I do not deadlift very heavy (365# max) Unfortunately, I have 3 hernieated dics in my back and any hevier starts to hurt too much

Thanks Audis. I dont go as heavy but similar warmup. Today I used 405 for 2 working sets and then a set of 315 for like 20 reps.
