Hey Guys, I've gotten extremely busy, and I'm trying to figure out how to modify my workout schedule as a result. In addition to my 9-5 job, Monday though friday I have somewhere to be from 7-10. I typically workout in the evenings, but do not have time to do my usual workout, go home, shower, etc. and get to where I need to be. If I could cut my workouts down to 30-35 minutes, I could make it work. I was thinking:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Legs
Friday: Arms
I should note I have Saturdays completely off, and Sundays I'm occupied from 1-4, so I could workout on those days as well. Any other ideas? Thanks!
