In a rut?
Whats up fellas ive been training for 15 yrs and have been on and off juice ever since..ive been natural now for 1 yr and kept most of my size but strength has decreased..lifting has always been my love in life and in the past 6 months i just havent had the drive to lift..my routines are half ass and all i wanna do is leave the gym. can anyone share this experience? if so please let me know what to do to get my drive back? " dont say juice" lol

There are lots of days when I don't feel like lifting or anything.
But you just got to do it. I use others as my motivation. I look at them, and I want to be better.
Also, having a workout partner helps.

I watch Soldier with Kurt Russel and that gets me motivated. If that guy can get in shape anyone can.

I just have in my head that its just something I do, like going to work, going to the washroom, taking out the garbage, its irrelevant if I want/don't want to be there. I just do it. Cause if I think about 99% of the things I do in my life I do want to do, but they will still always get done. Thats life.

Watch bodybuilding videos, think of the girls that love big muscles, get a workout partner. You may just need to take a break for a while.
