    I need some help

    SO guys i have started my cycle.

    Im 20 yrs old

    5'11" guessing 12-13 percent bf

    Im on 400 mgs week ok test
    400 mgs a week of deca for 14 week

    I have my pct set out

    But my question is this ok. Ive been working out for about 2 yrs i weigh 201

    SOme of my lifts seem pretty good.

    But there is one like my bench and squats that just suck

    Im want to gain alot of strength and mass the cycle.

    I just cant seem to put up the weight. I can only do 185 about 5 hard times to failure and squats probably 225 or so.

    My lifts are weak.

    Im not sure what direction to go with my workout plan this time ifit should be the normal 5 day split or three full body seesion or even upper lower can u guys help me.

    Look into a 5x5 training routine.
    Its geared more towards strength, but mass will come with it if you have a nice bulking diet.



    And just a little note, you shouldn't start the juice until you know what works best for you.

    yes i know
    alot of different training. When i first cycled i would do upper lower and thta worked great for me. The last year was full body four time a week and that was great. The last year or so ive been doing

    Chest and tri
    Back and Bis
    Legs and shoulder

    I dont think its effeicnt for me though.

    well chest and legs will be your biggest presses , if you can get to a smith machine try this
    with your chest presses go to your max but when you think you cant press another one out just hold it there for as long as you can , this is called static exercising , i find that when i have come down for my last rep and it is just not wanting to go back up i will push it as far as i can and then just grit my teeth , breeth out and hold for as long as i can and then when i cant hold no longer i lock it into the machine , same with legs ...same concept ...the aim of this is it gets your muscles use to holding weight at a longer period of time instead of expanding and contracting , this will help in your strength dramaticaly , its the same with bis..tries...just try it and tell mehow it goes , its a great burn ....peace

    you already know you are TOO young to be juicing so I won't say it....

    You will be stopping the deca BEFORE the test right??

    yes air i am im planning running the test about 16 weeks and my deca 14 weeks. ANy thing else u would like to add t-mos?

    i sure do. Thats for gyno. Im not very gyno prone though. Any suggestions?

    funny i thought you were asking how to get better lifts cos you say they suck ?? yes steroids will help you but dont rely on them for you to push monsterous weights ...use your own strength and if you dont have any then work hard at getting some , different techniques will help you achieve this
