SO guys i have started my cycle.
Im 20 yrs old
5'11" guessing 12-13 percent bf
Im on 400 mgs week ok test
400 mgs a week of deca for 14 week
I have my pct set out
But my question is this ok. Ive been working out for about 2 yrs i weigh 201
SOme of my lifts seem pretty good.
But there is one like my bench and squats that just suck
Im want to gain alot of strength and mass the cycle.
I just cant seem to put up the weight. I can only do 185 about 5 hard times to failure and squats probably 225 or so.
My lifts are weak.
Im not sure what direction to go with my workout plan this time ifit should be the normal 5 day split or three full body seesion or even upper lower can u guys help me.
