    Motivation

Now that I am getting into body building I am running into a few problems...
I feel very guilty when I miss a workout or when I eat a meal that does not fit my diet (or worse if I completely skip the meal)

The problem I have is when my buddies call me up to do something when I have scheduled a workout or if we are out and we all stop to eat at a fast food restaurant.

I could start working out early in the morning but I find it hard to get a good workout when I am still half asleep... because I was out all night drinking (another problem)

I want to be able to stick to a strict diet, but I don't always have access to the proper food.

I'd like to hear some ideas on how other people have overcome these obstacles. Thanks for the help

ok heres what i done...i had a long time drinking and drug problem ...people in general drink and take drugs to make themselves feel better and to feel more sociably accepted , when i realised i didnt want the fake courage that came from drugs and drinking and wanted my own self esteem i decided to pick up a weight ...i done that 2 years ago and i havnt touched a drug in two years , i only drink probably 4 times a year now and i have gained the confidence from weight training and the commitment to stick to something other than getting smashed and waking up in the morning saying ( Geeeeeez i wish i didnt have to go the gym) i actually embrace the idea of training now , i love it ...as you prob know after a good train your body releases natural endorphines that make you feel good , i know you cant train on a fri night while your mates are going out drinking and rooting girls but you really have to sit back now and think what do you want in 5 years from now ?? a ****** body and a healthy mind or .....you know the rest ...peace
