I am looking for some workout guidance to eliminate this under muscle (visceral) fat that is tough to get rid of.
Specifically need a regimin recomendation for:
- How much cardio?
- Type of weight training- heavy low reps (8), light higher reps (15)
- How many body parts per work out?
I have my diet in order at approx 1800-2200 calories/day.
All lean proteins, vegetables, no sugar, salt or flour. If it comes in a container I do not eat it; except for protein shakes or Lebrada bars.
I also have started the following helpers (30 days so far):
- 2iu rHGH 5 days a week
- 250mg Test syp once per week
- Stanazolol 50 MG Troche every other day
- HCG 2 days prior to next Test dose
I am 43 240lbs 28% BMI
