    Question Visceral Fat loss-

    I am looking for some workout guidance to eliminate this under muscle (visceral) fat that is tough to get rid of.
    Specifically need a regimin recomendation for:

    1. How much cardio?
    2. Type of weight training- heavy low reps (8), light higher reps (15)
    3. How many body parts per work out?


    I have my diet in order at approx 1800-2200 calories/day.
    All lean proteins, vegetables, no sugar, salt or flour. If it comes in a container I do not eat it; except for protein shakes or Lebrada bars.

    I also have started the following helpers (30 days so far):
    1. 2iu rHGH 5 days a week
    2. 250mg Test syp once per week
    3. Stanazolol 50 MG Troche every other day
    4. HCG 2 days prior to next Test dose


    I am 43 240lbs 28% BMI

    Will the HGH and Test aid in fat loss?

    hey bro, after we get you on a good workout.. you need a great diet.. so go to the diet forum.. anabolics shoudl eb the last thing on your mind!

    Are you saying there is no advantage to the program I am on?

    I am looking to maximize my time/results.

    Sorry, the program I am on for the past 30 days :

    2iu rHGH 5 days a week
    250mg Test syp once per week
    Stanazolol 50 MG Troche every other day
    HCG 2 days prior to next Test dose

    My question was with this type of help should my workouts be heavy and low rep or light and high rep?

    your rep range depends on your goals

    some lift for strength, others for both size and strength, others for endurance, etc.

    So, I guess what I am asking is "what is the best way to get rid of the Visceral fat while using the gear I am on?"

    Based on your workout threads it should be high rep lower weight?

    Dieting alone won't do away with your body of visceral fat; it must be burned off through exercise, and in order to keep it away, you must make adequate aerobic exercise as a part of your daily life. People who lead inactive lives have more visceral fat than those who are even moderately active. Weight loss diets unaccompanied by sufficient aerobic and muscle strengthening exercise may cause you to lose weight.

    Higher reps is the norm for toning 12-15 reps medium weight.
    Cardio is of course always good I was told that it takes 15 minute to get to a thermogenic state so at least 20min of cardio each session
